there have been so many 'straws on the camels back' - big things, little things, hUge things, amazing things.
at the end of the long week when i lost my wallet - with everything in it - i wondered what else could 'go wrong' - he said there was way more that could
he was right - i got pulled over & cited for not having a license - that was when i decided it'd be a better idea to list the 'right' things & give up the rest.
so, we are blessed and are reminding ourselves of that -
its christmas
we know a God that knows us
we were challanged yesterday to remember we're in it for the long haul - life (and relationships) is not just about what happens today or in 2 weeks its about a lifetime -
we've spent alot of good time together, him & me
we're becoming stronger & learning from the serious mistakes we're watching others make
christmas is a special time
little children are precious
we found a crib for half price & it's really ok to own 2 =)
it's better to love them while they're little than try and grow them up too fast
our home is a wonderful place
laundry does come clean & when it doesn't its only laundry
he really didn't care at all that i got a ticket
little baby is due any day
money is the answer to nothing
its ok to put chocolate chips in oatmeal cookies - even when the receipe doesn't call for it
she flies home friday
its not the end of the world if naptime is a bust
he loves me, alot
in 20 years we'll have some really good memories
