a few memories from six years ago -

ah yes - comparing tan lines & muscles - he won both. never mind the extreme puffed eyes. that's from a 'last-night-with-sister-cryfest' the night before.

 

 and since this is about the memory - the first house.

i love memories. the amazing truth is - its better now than it was 6 years ago. we're better friends, we know each other better, love each other more.

he's the best part of my life.

todays anniversary was different from any other. today we made the most of what we had.  driving through downtown half moon bay we passed up all the quaint corner restaraunts with white linen tableclothes - we were fresh from the beach with 3 sandy, tired, darling children.  we told each other we'd come back sometime - alone.

so getting back on the road after leaving a more family style place - we had humor left in us to agree next year we'd probably try & skip the family anniversary trip : )

he has made my week, including today, beautiful. he loves me & i like that. happy anniversary, baby.
