we made it down one side of the house & then they found the hose. from then on the weeding was over - they left their cars and gas pump and asked for more.
oh well for the weeds - its the last week of summer vacation.

and in other exciting news - tonight he took his first steps, several in a row from daddy to mom & his blankie. we 'yayed' and clapped and she ran to tell jack. we'll consider that 'written down' since he doesn't have a calendar of 'firsts'.
