jack's conversations go something like this. leaving out the k's, t's & h's. sentences said on top of each other without a breath in between  -

'backhoe-mommy-backhoe-three-workers-mommy-three-workers-mommy-wow-mommy-wow'

that was after seeing construction work on the side of the road.

sailor told jack that '2 five's make 10' !! i think me being so terrible at math hearing her say things like that astounds me  : ) where did she learn that??!

her songs on the way to awana. sung to the tune of 'i've got peace like a river'

'He choosed us to be His friends.' & 'with God's peace for the manger.' then back to 'i've got love like an ocean . . . . '

there's a song that has a line about not getting comfortable. that plays in my head at night when i'm up and down with molly. i just get back in bed and start warming up . . comfortable, don't get comfortable . . . : )

8 weeks. she is not a newborn anymore. she's smiling. and when everything is ok is a really happy baby.

and baby after her bath ~

yesterday was quite the day. the morning was all tears. i was not crying surprisingly : ) but a majority of them were.  sometimes individually sometimes all at one time.  picking up blocks proved to be nearly the end of the world.  not being held by mom was nearly as bad. getting out of the house on time was too.  i was glad for a car ride.  i sat down almost exhausted. everyone was buckled in and couldn't go anywhere - it was not necessarily quieter  . . .  but just enough of a breather for me before we started it all again  : )

today's comic strip -

and here's to amie -
heard matt kearny while we ate lunch here & missed you. summer sounds good.

- - -

and since this post has had alot of songs mentioned. i heard a new one from the david crowder band - You never let go.  he sang that over and over and over again.  that along with the orange glasses from the office visit reminded me that life is very do-able.

the boys have found the hose outside. the explanation is they are washing their cars. the sun is shining but its not exactly summer. they are soaked and i think starting to get cold.

so time to go.
