she's 12 weeks today. and oh how i love her. her tummy & insides were such a wreck this afternoon that holding her i cried. the front of my shirt was wet and she just needed to be helped, held & loved for 45 minutes.

for some reason she doesn't like alot of what her mommy does - starbucks? frozen chocolate chips? i don't get it either - but we are living life without those and many others right now. we always have burp rags handy to catch most of what goes into her tummy and we sing silly happy songs when she has dirty diapers.
and we love her, we really really love her.

we had a first today.
the 11 o'clock hour at costco must be senior citizen hour. everywhere we turned there was another sweet old couple. full of smiles, looks, comments - 'you go ahead, i've got more time than you' & 'well, where did you get that red hair?'
God - i said.
jack-boy was the man and offered to go with sailor to the bathroom - to help her. he loaded everything he could lift on to the cart. and sampled everything the sample ladies gave him. and only 1 egg broke when he tried 'fitting' them in by the stroller in the back.
