communion started at 7 tonight. not 6 like we thought . . . the upside - we were not late : )
molly is wearing the little yellow giraffe 'jammies now. ah, she's officially a rodgers kid. her new thing is showers. she's become a big fan of nightly showers. so relaxing and she will just talk and talk afterwards laying by the heater getting dressed.
we've had some busy days.
we were hanging out in the car the other night. rex was working and it was windy cold. she was laying in my lap. they're off centered - i was just holding the camera over my head. but she was happy and we like happy molly moments.
i'm glad that it takes a solid 15 minutes to pretty much get anywhere from our house. its fast becoming my recover time. my gear up for the next event time. my lets make a plan time. one i realize how tired i am as i'm actually sitting down and still. two it gives nice think time. of course its not a quiet time . . . but i can decide who i'll be unbuckling first or if molly will stay in her seat or not or which store we'll go to first and remember the phone calls i need to make and return and decide what we'll have for lunch or wHen we'll have it . .
its a good reminder that it'll all work out. plus there's the added bonus of hearing jack sing ' i've got peace yike a yiver' loud and over and over : )
it helped the other night when all 4 were crying on the way home and i was on my own to get them all in bed.
rex has told me i have enough planned tomorrow for 3 saturdays. he's probably right.
jack thinks we should decorate with easter lights and that i should go buy some. any idea where to get easter lights or better yet what they even are . . . ??
speaking of lights - here's my man in action. molly and i watched from the warmth of the car the other night.
