2 kiddos excited to be going to see tractors instead of moms camera lenses.

this saturday is just another day of the week. doesn't have the 'weekend' feel. there is lots of extra work right now - a spring harvest of sorts. even though it makes for long days and nights - we don't complain. (try not to anyway!) he's had lots of glad shouts and squeals when he's come home.

upside down molly. she's 4 months old today.
last night at dinner sailor told her she was 'a box of smiles' -
jack worked with rex last night. so it was benny and the girls. i asked sailor what she wanted for dinner and she picked waffles. i suggested meatballs and trying to be diplomatic about it she offered that we could have meatballs with our waffles -
'you know, like how you gave us peaches with our breakfast this morning?'
since the peaches were such a chore to eat i took it as her not really wanting meatballs. we just stuck with waffles.

these two really like each other.- - -
awana is over for the summer. i think at the end i'll post the short clip of 'Jesus love me' that they sang. very poor quality & you get more of the ceiling than anything. i was sitting aways back - trying to hold baby and keep watch of busy ben.

she came in to tell me that jack was on the roof. when i made it out she was there too.
and then he started telling me (no joke!!) how he wanted to get down.
'no safe mommy. jack want down. no safe.' : )

on childhood obesity - i am responsible for what my kids eat and how active their lifestyle is.

an active lifestyle for one and in spite of waffles for dinner !! we were out on 2 good walks/bike rides yesterday. lunch at the cows & an after dinner trip around the orchard.

lots to do yet today. laundry . . . outside work. we've got cousins coming tonight to play.
rex is home now ~ much eariler than ten like last night.
