i falsely hoped the kids getting in bed after midnight from our spur of the moment road trip would afford me a small amount of sleep in. falsely is the key word : ) i realized i can do early mornings when the nights are not interrupted. last night was so very interrupted.
anyway - we have breakfast waiting now.
its a work saturday.
jack's been sick this week. made swim lessons rough. he told me in one pitiful moment that -
'jack need daddy & mommy to help jack feel better'
this was a short burst of energy. the a/c fan was blowing his hair, his shirt, his shorts - it was pretty funny for him.
the story was 'ben had pushed her over and left her in the tree - but don't worry mom i went looking for her and found her!
here she is grateful for a rescue -
hardly seems possible that such a story could be true . . .
some of our garden harvest -
i think i'll come back later with some molly pictures . . .
for now its time to go.

molly was 25 weeks old on thursday - naturally we needed pictures.
so we moved inside -
this one amazes me, she is actually on her hands & knees -
she talked alot to dolly during pictures so at the end we gave her some lovies -
(needed a baby feet one)

during breakfast i decided it was going to be an outside day - that was going to be the best for everyone : ) they are playing camping on the woodpile. i've been back & forth several times to view their sleeping bags. campfire. rescue their 'tent' from ben. supply camp snacks. remind them to close the back door. and most importantly make sure they stay outside.
sailor has come in to tell me that its quite a hot day.
up we go to get cold water - then back out.
this title-less post is now over.
