the flowers around the mailbox are practically dead. dried up dead due in huge part to the fact that i haven't watered them in quite awhile. so tonight when we got home at 10:30pm i brought the hose out to the mailbox and flash flooded the flowers . . . . rex somehow understood that the flowers needed suddenly to be watered right then : )
second (assuming there is a first!) who keeps ultrasound pictures in the mixing bowl ??? we do. a whole roll of black & white little baby pictures - probably a combination of molly's and ben's! they always get taken out before something gets mixed up. but making cupcakes today when the mixing bowl was needed . . . somehow then it became a completely absurd place to keep ultrasound pictures!
there are certain times you wonder if certain things will ever change. namely - when will 6 1/2 month old molly actually sleep in her room with sailor. there's been about six weeks of nothing but backwards steps in learning to sleep. and now tonight is the third night in a row she is in her bed. the port-a crib is not even set up in our room. and just like that she has grown up . . .
molly glen ~
she was born on a thursday. somehow when i remember that she seems older on thursdays. after breakfast today we took some thursday pictures.

a few edits on the film -
- yes sailor dressed herself yesterday
- we usually frown upon couch jumping not video it
- most of our bedroom is in the dining room
- no we don't normally keep amie behind the couch
lunch time -
this is the part where they roll the credits . . .
rex took the children grocery shopping after all that, put them to bed and then moved everything back into our room - by himself.
yes - amazing. incredibly amazing.

time puts perspective on days when things happen like dead mailbox flowers and ultrasound pictures in the mixing bowl. since really its not that day anymore : )
