for whatever reason it seemed there was more time in our day today than usual
so after school and after the boys cleaned up tractors and trucks and toys we loaded up some lunch and headed out for the cows. its been alittle, no a long while since we've gone. it was a warmer day. long sleeves almost seemed too hot - they all took their boots off once we got there. sailor was sure it wasn't snowing in ohio today since it wasn't raining here. we sat on the dirt canal road and ate lunch and then they took off to play.

then it was time to head home -
- getting the wagon.
- stopping to pick up molly.
- starting up the hill.
- too heavy for ben so jack takes over - love how the 'gravity' of the hill knocks her backwards : )
- remembers boots.
- benny deciding that since jack has made it up the hill he wants his turn back.
- jack thinking its important to hold molly's head for her in her reclined position.
- gave up that idea and climbs on himself!

its late now - all that 'extra' time in our day has been used up. we were out at awana tonight. everyone is in bed and asleep. my options are 1) pick up the kitchen from a fast-get-out-of-the-house dinner 2) get things ready to be up & out early tomorrow 3) take a shower 4) bed. it would work best to do that list in that order - but knowing me i'm thinking two maybe three of those will just be skipped.
