jack's picture of lunch the other day. he took a picture of each plate, but i thought this covered the basics. we picnic on the kitchen floor when i've spent most of the morning cleaning and don't feel like immediately re-sweeping under the table : )

we went to a back yard camp-out with some non-camping friends. hot chocolate and leftover cheese puffs made for molly's breakfast : )

i know it's hard to believe when i say i haven't taken molly's picture in awhile - 'for reals' anyway : ) so since it was the 3rd of month we took pictures because she is now 22 months old!
the dresser that used to be in the girls room and now in the garage - for lack of space reasons, a crib for regan won out over the dresser - was our prop.
that was pretty fun to climb after rex stair-stepped the drawers for her.

we've been on the road a good part of today. there was a girl party at aunt robins that we went to. it was a crazy last minute decision & like i knew it'd be i'm really glad we went.
my lack of posting has been for a serious lack of time. you can only multi-task so much! and this post is happening on the ride home which affords me time to actually sit in one place for more than a regan feeding. last week was just busy with life. we got some big projects around the house done. we went on a date - it was 9 years ago on the 28th that he asked and i said yes. we went to replace my wedding ring that i lost. it's somewhere in the house but that somewhere hasn't been found. rex hasn't been a fan of me out with the kids ring-less : ) molly was sick for a night last week - makes me realize it's been quite awhile since i've done 'sick laundry'.
regan is tired of her carseat & the laptop's battery is about done - so this on the road post will have to be over.
well, i confess, this girl is one of my very favorite photo subjects . . .
