'dare is no on da yoof, mom!!'

welcome to california baby - where the temp on the rear view mirror of the suburban says its 32 degrees outside & molly says there's snow on the roof : )

the whole reason i was going to post tonight was because shutterfly said i could 'post & share' my photobook.  come to find out i could've if i wanted to post it on facebook or if i had a blogger account .... apparently they don't post to xanga.

really, what's so wrong with xanga : )

anyway one of my before june projects i'd decided was to actually do a 1st year baby book for benny, molly & regan .... 'cause i was that far behind.  i happened upon great sales & free shipping for shutterfly's photobooks which ended the 12th - so i cheated on creative memories and have spent the last several days making books for benners, doodle & rooski.

and ta-da they are done & they are not 700 pages each & i'm feeling rather thrifty on my great savings & i'm feeling rather 'good-mom-ish' that the last 3 kids are now loved enough to have their own baby books & i was going to show off the cover of regan's with the great code & link they were supposed to give ....

but nope - i can't : ) maybe i'll just wait till they arrive in the mail and then take a picture of them. but just for proof - here is benny from so long ago -

with the re-start of school we needed a fresh bunch of library books.  we support our local library - i was pleasantly surprised that our fees were only $10.25 for very overdue books!

this girl & wrapping paper - i tell ya ..... she was wrapping a birthday present for jack boy. her present was a piece of white copy paper with princess stickers clumped together on one side. but obviously you can never be too prepared with the amount of paper!

and no, it will not last wrapped up till his birthday : )

cats are hilarious -

yes incredible - tonight was molly's 1st night as a real cubbie. we sharppied a line through jack's name on his old vest & bag and wrote MOLLY GLEN in the little bit of free space left.  ben went all big brother manly on her & told her the first thing was not to be scared.  and they walked down the hall together holding hands, their little bags over their arms with their little blue vests on ..... click one for the mental memory -  where was my camera??

she was not into me 'having me picture' before & the flash was not into keeping up.

you can't tell super well - but she wore real shoes tonight for the 1st time. old blue converses handed down from her brothers.  i told rex she is seriously going to need some little purple ones .....

classic isn't it? ben is obviously the cat & my favorite part - besides all of it - is regan's little red hair bow they clipped to his shirt for the cats red bow tie : )
