it's only august & i bought a pumpkin pie.
i think i can make it through the kitchen with that on the counter : )

the boys got haircuts & we went shopping - that was our morning. the barber did weird things to jacks hair. and i was a sucker 1. for the hummus jacky wanted to buy 2. for the pumpkin pie 3. for letting every kid try on fake uggs.
we only actually came home with the pie & hummus. that & i sent rex a text that said -
also i just bought $120 of groceries and renewed our $100 costco membership and only spent $18! you can say it .... i'm good.
his response was wow how & i said mad skills baby, mad skills. i felt like one of those extreme couponers : ) i am not though lest you get any ideas that i am!
he still has no idea how ....
i'm feeling especially thrifty since yesterday i scored on jeans for the kids for remarkable deals at old navy - regularly priced $19.50 that i only paid $6 for. and then today, costco.
really the only thing you should get from all this is i like to shop : )
