A Photo Album -

the chilly valley air blowing through our open windows this morning gave need for the beanie - or so thought his brothers.

If I would have just decided to post an hour ago it would have saved me much time. But it's summer & I have all sorts of time ;)

I have other posts in my head waiting ....

But just like you'd slide all those extra pictures into that funky out of style album because you just can't get rid of them, that's what we're going to do here .... blog style : )

Does every picture I take of Molly have turquoise nerd glasses on her face, you ask? Pretty much, yeah : )

 

He is not above leftovers .... especially when he never got any to begin with.

Crown, cape, gun, bike, barefoot. Happy summer.

Regan is a very proud new cousin ..... we have this thing for small little bundles of new baby, {sigh ...} 

Way back when, it was the 4th of July. This is us all festive at the end of the fireworks show.

  

 He found the cupcakes & just sat there hoping no one would notice him.

Once upon a time this summer we went to Family Camp.

Never mind the cabins & running water & meals that are cooked for you ... everyone still manages to get just as dirty : )

We even hiked all the way around the lake. I know ... mile .4 into it I remembered why I am not a hiker. At mile 4. something we made it back to where we'd started : )

I had lofty & noble intentions of great summer reading programs - like we'd actually finish 20,000 leagues under the sea & fill out every library card we started with.

Nope.

But, they might be all the way through every old calvin & hobbs comic their dad owns.

And cats .... they just don't have a thing for him : )

baby dedication sunday - 7.14.13

He was by far the oldest 'baby' to be dedicated. Gifts .... they're such gifts.

I had this idea ... we should take a family picture every Sunday morning .... great idea. : )

It's birthday week. I think next year when I'm 35 I will feel older : ) This year ... not so much. The kids gave me one of their homemade spa treatments.

It seemed like bad manners to only pick one color when she had excitedly lined up every color we had, so we went with as many of the options as we could : )
