i think every tire on every bike has now been fixed, repaired or replaced. we were all set to head out last night and then the trailer tire exploded. slime. lots of slime . . . and another tube. we were finally good.

the boys were gone today. jack went to the tractor store with amie. he wanted to bring his pennys. he had 'yots & yots & yots of pennys.' amie said she really couldn't fit a tractor in her trunk : ) ben, he got his first big boy date with grammy. he had his blankie, a little ziploc bag filled with a miscellaneous collection of boy toys and a gun. he said good-bye and waved. the boys being gone gave a different twist to the day. us girls hung out till rex got home unexpectedly early.
i dreamed last night that i found my missing clothes at the laundry mat. the not so dreamy part is that i really cannot find some clothes and for the life of me i don't know where they are. i'm afraid they got left at the laundry mat . . . and that depresses me just alittle.
sailor gave her new dolly ear drops tonight. in honor of the drops she gets in her ear right now. the pool water, the lake water, the tub water, water from the sprinklers - its left her poor right ear with a nasty outer ear infection.
