: ) the girls doing pirate poses - since the boys got new pirate 'jammies. they make me laugh. you can't hear it in a picture but they had some pretty authentic girly pirate sound effects!

yesterday being the 30th we were going to celebrate with one last frozen yogurt run. after all regan is here now and our trips needed to come to an end. so we were going to close the month out with good times : )
but we were given a pumpkin pie & after awana and the kids were all in bed we sat at the kitchen counter on stools and ate pie by candle light.
does that mean i can get one more frozen yogurt trip : ) ??? ah, its an end of an era . . . yogurt, late nights, yahtzee on the ipod and nicole nordman playing over & over. really looking back it was a good month. isn't that how it always is . . . God is always good. He is always faithful.
1. sailor doesn't understand to the full extent who reads this site, so she was little surprised when she was given packs of tissue paper & tape (both from costco, so lots!) i need to remember about her that she shows emotion in different ways, too - not necessarily all excited at first only to later not stop talking about it. she spent a better part of her morning yesterday making her christmas gifts.
2. feeding regan in our room has granted molly more access to it . . . . not a fan of her style!
3. we made cookies yesterday to celebrate regan's 1 week birthday & 1 year ago sailor accepted Jesus.
4. molly thinks the bouncer is great. even greater when she buckles it herself and then climbs in!
5. regan's initials are just like her daddy's - triple r's. and in a way like mine - i was all a's before i was married.
6. saw this on the white board. sailor drew sparkie while listening to her sparks cd.
7. yes its come to that in our house! how hic can you get?!! the flies are that bad - rex put up fly strips for me. according to jack we've caught 'a hundred 90!!'
8. regan's welcome home sign. you can't quite tell from the picture but its beautifully detailed!

the kids are out on a field trip of sorts today. a picnic & park date with aunt sissie. i thought i should give the house a thorough cleaning and instead i've enjoyed regan and the quiet.
