welcome december!
we just came in from our official house lighting - even the new fort got a strand of colored lights. regan came out in a snowsuit to watch (regardless of the fact that some of them were barefoot earlier today. it gets cold when the sun goes down) while they checked for burnt bulbs.
dinner tonight was on holiday plates. regan's dinner is at the computer : )

along with outside lights came the nativity set. ahh, it's truly festive to have a pink joseph and a blue mary in your yard - good times : )
this year rex built a stable for them.
loving baby Jesus -

you totally don't have to get it - its one of my delights in life : )

not all of us had holiday spirit!
doodle was not happy to have to leave baby Jesus alone.

we have more time than money this christmas so we've brainstormed 25 things to do each day this month for christmas - today's was chrstmas light hanging. sailor said 'today was great', jack called it 'wonderful' : ) so we're off to a good start!
i like tuesdays - bible study in the morning, biggest loser at night.
time to get kids in bed & bust out the chocolate. this post has been interrupted dozens of times - loud kids, crying baby, garage projects, amie's mice troubles, dishes, etc. etc. etc. most of it has been typed one handed while holding regan.
merry christmas.

its even later now - it's been a long time since we came in from our light show. all the kids are in bed. more laundry has been started. the kitchen got picked up. and . . . between then & now God has been very good. very.good.
so merry christmas again -
