kind of in response to the not so great day before i decided we needed a come back.
we were going to try for one of those 'its summer, lets do something' days.
we ended up going with this summer's standard ....
farmers market
library
park
picnic
water
except i forgot my wallet : )
which meant no fresh goodness from the market - 'cause we didn't have any money!
which meant no library books to check out - 'cause we had no form of identifying who we were!
but the park ...
well you can swing for free without id.
'mom when i was six you couldn't watch me go all the way and now when i'm 7 you can!'
she's been practicing & made it all the way. her blisters, she said, were still there from the last time.

look at the date ... its the 23rd : )
i thought maybe monthly pictures were a bit much ... so instead of 'taking her picture 'cause she's another month older' - i've just saved up a few from this week.
she's trying, she really is : )
