is her birthday. we called and sang happy birthday on the speaker phone. but we can't quite leave a balloon in her room or set the red plate out and make dippy napkins. won't be having dinner together and it will be the first time in alot of years there will be no beach trip. its what you do - go to the beach for her birthday. though we'd talked about going just because . . .
and now that i'm ready to cry for missing her - lets move on to happy thoughts : ) like the silly 'ear-muffs' he thought would look good for the picture - so she got hers.
she's one of the greatest things in my life.
