sometimes i wonder if i'd rather get up a few times in the night and have naps work - than sleeping straight through at night and having busted naps. of course it's all not right anyway, since they're just plain not feeling good. jack just wanted cough syrup & water last night. ben ( and i!!) are wishing his poor thumb wasn't raw & chapped so it could be some comfort to him. they both would just like to breath. even the cousins coming today was not enough to take jack's mind off of his misery. he was pretty much a puddle of mush most of the day and was asking for a nap from 10:30 on this morning. which makes me wonder why after barely 50 minutes into it he's up moaning again. the moans were enough to wake benny back up - who had just finished his moaning. now its over!
time to snuggle up and give extra lovies - if only my lap was big enough for all of us : ) their little sister usually starts kicking at them. and while, go figure? their big sister actually falls asleep in the midst of it all . . . .
